Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

Nova Corner Early Learning runs childcare centres in Atlanta caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring an Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about enrolment. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
