Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

Nova West Health is a healthcare provider in Jacksonville with clinics and support teams. We are hiring an Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about insurance authorisations. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in insurance authorisations. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
