Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Pike Learning Group and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be onboarding programmes. You would join a large organisation of about 446 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about student accounts. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in student accounts. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
