Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

Silverline Beacon Medical is a San Jose company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring an Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. You would join a small organisation of about 43 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about regulatory submissions. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in regulatory submissions. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
