Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

Greenridge Cedar Health provides primary and specialty care in Seattle. We are hiring an Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about electronic records. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in electronic records. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
