Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Nest Early Learning and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be onboarding programmes. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about meal programmes. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in meal programmes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
