Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

Harborlight Pine Staffing places workers with employers around Pittsburgh, and we need an Instructor to lead our onboarding programmes. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about retention. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in retention. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
