Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

Bright Amber Learning Group is an education provider in Boston serving students and families, and we need an Instructor to lead our onboarding programmes. Families are partners. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about school calendars. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in school calendars. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
