Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

Greenridge Pike Auto Group is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on onboarding programmes for parts orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about parts orders. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in parts orders. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
