Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

We are growing our team at Cedar River Early Learning and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be onboarding programmes. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about tuition and subsidies. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
