Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

Bluepeak Forge Care Services Group is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Miami, and we need an Instructor to lead our onboarding programmes. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about care plans. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in care plans. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
