Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

We are growing our team at Lumen Lantern Early Learning and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be onboarding programmes. You would join a large organisation of about 275 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about meal programmes. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in meal programmes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
