Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

We are growing our team at Lumen Harbor Care Services and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be onboarding programmes. You would join a large organisation of about 621 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about client records. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in client records. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
