Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Iron Early Learning Group and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be onboarding programmes. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about enrolment. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in enrolment. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
