Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

Silverline Beacon Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in San Jose. We are hiring an Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about device records. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in device records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
