Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

We are growing our team at Nova Corner Auto Group and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be onboarding programmes. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about customer estimates. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in customer estimates. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
