Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

Westbrook Stone Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Savannah. We are hiring an Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about care plans. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in care plans. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
