Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

Summit Sparrow Care Services is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on onboarding programmes for licensing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about licensing. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in licensing. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
