Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Inspection Services and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be onboarding programmes. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about scheduling. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in scheduling. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
