Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

Summit Lakeside Health Group provides primary and specialty care in San Jose, and we need an Instructor to lead our onboarding programmes. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about patient education. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in patient education. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
