Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

Summit Ashton Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Columbus, and we need an Instructor to lead our onboarding programmes. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about client sites. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in client sites. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
