Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

Rivermark Haven Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Milwaukee area. We are hiring an Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about learning materials. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in learning materials. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
