Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Cross Health and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be onboarding programmes. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about clinic supplies. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in clinic supplies. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
