Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

Summit Linden Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Toledo. We are hiring an Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about licensing. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in licensing. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
