Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

Ironwood Pike Staffing connects candidates and employers across the Charlotte region, and we need an Instructor to lead our onboarding programmes. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about temp assignments. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in temp assignments. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
