Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

Ironwood Haven Early Learning is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on onboarding programmes for classroom supplies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about classroom supplies. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in classroom supplies. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
