Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Quill Health Group and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be onboarding programmes. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about insurance authorisations. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
