Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

Greenridge Nest Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Madison. We are hiring an Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. You would join a small organisation of about 23 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about licensing records. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in licensing records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
