Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

Bright Fern Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Honolulu. We are hiring an Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about visit scheduling. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in visit scheduling. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
