Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

Silverline Union Health Group is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on onboarding programmes for patient scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about patient scheduling. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in patient scheduling.
