Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

Foxglove Thistle Early Learning is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on onboarding programmes for classroom supplies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about classroom supplies. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in classroom supplies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
