Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Wilder Medical and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be onboarding programmes. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about regulatory submissions. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
