Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

Amberfield Orchard Care Services supports families and individuals in Jacksonville with personal care and coordination, and we need an Instructor to lead our onboarding programmes. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about caregiver training. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in caregiver training. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
