Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

Silverline Fern Health is a healthcare provider in Knoxville with clinics and support teams, and we need an Instructor to lead our onboarding programmes. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about clinic supplies. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
