Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

Stonegate Thistle Auto Group is a Spokane company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring an Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. You would join a small organisation of about 38 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about supplier deliveries. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
