Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

Lumen Granite Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Atlanta. We are hiring an Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about student accounts. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in student accounts. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
