Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

Harborlight Sable Staffing Group is a Rochester staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles, and we need an Instructor to lead our onboarding programmes. Recruiters here keep in touch with people long after placement. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about retention. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in retention. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
