Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

Ironwood Willow Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Columbus. We are hiring an Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about device records. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in device records. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
