Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

Cedar Cobalt Medical is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on onboarding programmes for clinical evaluations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about clinical evaluations. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
