Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

Amberfield Pike Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Honolulu. We are hiring an Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about tuition and subsidies. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
