Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

Bluepeak Yarrow Care Services is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on onboarding programmes for care plans, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about care plans. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in care plans. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
