Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Quill Health Group and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be onboarding programmes. You would join a small organisation of about 56 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about electronic records. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in electronic records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
