Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

Redstone River Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Orlando. We are hiring an Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about customer estimates. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in customer estimates. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
