Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

Westbrook Cobalt Early Learning Group is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on onboarding programmes for licensing records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about licensing records. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in licensing records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
