Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

Highbridge Kestrel Staffing Group connects candidates and employers across the San Antonio region, and we need an Instructor to lead our onboarding programmes. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about temp assignments. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in temp assignments. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
