Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

Stonegate Willow Learning Group is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on onboarding programmes for enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about enrolment. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in enrolment. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
