Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Bright Staffing Group and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be onboarding programmes. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about candidate screening. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in candidate screening. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
