Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

Greenridge Fern Care Services provides in-home and community support in Buffalo. We are hiring an Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about visit scheduling. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
