Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

Stonegate Loom Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Des Moines region. We are hiring an Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about customer estimates. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in customer estimates. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Des Moines. • We reply to every applicant.
