Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

Clearpath Ridge Medical Group is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on onboarding programmes for regulatory submissions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about regulatory submissions. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Detroit. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
